Mr. Sibasis Ghosh ......for the appellants Mr. Debjit Mukherjee Mrs. Runu Chowdhury .......for the respondents This appeal from the impugned judgement and order of the learned court below refusing to pass an interim order, preferred by the plaintiffs, has been pending in the file of this court since 2011. It is submitted on behalf of the appellants, by learned counsel that an interim order passed by this court on 6th May, 2011 and extended from time to time is subsisting.

The suit is of 2009.

We are of the firm view that there has been inordinate delay in the trial of the suit and that it should be disposed of forthwith.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of this appeal by directing the learned court below to try and determine the suit, so that a decree can be passed latest by 30th June, 2023.

No unnecessary adjournment is to be granted.

The interim order granted by this court shall continue till disposal of the suit.
