The present revision is of the year 2019 for quashing of proceeding being Manicktala PS Case No.134/2017 dated 5.5.2017 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the IPC and under Section 3/ 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act pending before the learned 4th Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
