Both the applications are for restoration by recalling order dated 19th June, 2024.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Baid, learned advocate appearing for respondent nos.6 and 7 submits that the petitioners have suppressed material facts in the applications. Two applications have been filed for restoration. Repeated notices were given to the petitioners by the school authority intimating the date of the proceedings. However, no steps were taken which led to dismissal of the writ petition. He seeks to file affidavit-in-opposition. 3.

Let such affidavit-in-opposition be filed within two weeks from date. Advance copy of the affidavit-in-

opposition be served upon the learned advocate for the applicants. Reply thereto may be filed within one week thereafter.
