1. Rule issue is taken up for consideration.

2. None appears for the State.

3. Court is informed that, all accused are on bail excepting the father of the accused.

4. It appears that, the trial is in progress. Deposition of the prosecution witnesses is being recorded.

5. Since, principal accused is on bail along with other accused, it would be appropriate to discharge the Rule issued as against the father of the principal accused. We hasten to add that this discharge of Rule should not be construed to affect the merits of the trial in any manner whatsoever.
