The present revision is of the year 2019 praying for setting aside an order dated 07.03.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Burdwan in Miscellaneous Execution Case No.199 of 2018 arising out of Misc. Case NO.72 of 2015 being an application under Section 125(3)/128 of the Cr.P.C. As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
