1. Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a counter police complaint. The petitioners also suffered injuries.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary including the injury report as well as the photographs of the injury suffered in the incident.

4. Out of a number of persons who suffered injuries, one person suffered deep cut lacerated injury by a sharp cutting weapon on the scalp, at the back of his head. A motor-cycle was also brunt which was seized.

5. Petitioners are named by the injured as the persons who inflicted such deep cut injury.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
