Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he was falsely implicated in this case. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Learned Amicus assisting the State relies on the case diary and strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. The FIR was lodged by the concerned BDO alleging that the petitioner was the owner of a Cyber Café used to steal details of customers visiting such place and applying for different social schemes. The petitioner used those data to open accounts and apply for benefits under different other social schemes in the names of those customers. Thereafter, he would defalcate the sums, thus obtained. He relies on the enquiry report and the statements of victims and other witnesses. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
