In the matter of : Sk. Ainul Haque .......petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee ....for the State Report submitted by the concerned officer of Dankuni Police Station be kept on record.

Record reflects that final report dated 12.3.2015 was submitted before the jurisdictional Court and it was found that the incident was road traffic accident in which the victim, Sk. Abdul Alim died.

Having regard to the contention advanced in the report, I am of the view that no further order needs to be passed. Accordingly, CRR 1381 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
