It appears from the said report that the said Principal, in terms of the order dated May 10, 2024 of the Director of Medical Education, Government of West Bengal is inclined to return the original educational certificates/documents to the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to meet the respondent no. 6 within seven (7) days from date to get the original educational certificates.

W.P.A. 9638 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
