1. This matter has come at the instance of the appellant for correction of the order dated 1st September, 2025.

2. It appears that in paragraph-3 last but one sentence instead of '8th Civil Judge, Senior Division at Alipur', which has been wrongly typed, it should be '7th Civil Judge, Senior Division at Alipur'.

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 1st September, 2025, by the Department.

4. However, other portion of the said order shall remain same.
