Five kgs. of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was granted bail vide order dated December 24, 2014 passed in CRM 17478 of 2014. Learned advocate for the State apprises us that the petitioner jumped bail and had been absconding for about six years. Thereafter, he has been apprehended once again and he is now in custody for 294 days.

Given the slippery conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined to allow the present prayer of the petitioner for bail.

It is quite likely that once enlarged on bail, he will again disappear.

Accordingly, CRM 3933 of 2021 is dismissed.
