1. This Court has heard learned Advocate for the petitioner, learned Advocate for the State and the learned Advocate for the de facto complainant.
2. On careful perusal of the materials placed before this Court and after hearing the learned Advocates for the contending parties, it appears to this Court that even though prima facie materials are found in the case diary as against the present accused petitioner with regard to his alleged involvement in the alleged crime,
however, considering the fact that the present accused petitioner is languishing in judicial custody for 58 days and also considering the fact that further custodial detention of the present accused petitioner is no more necessary, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner, namely, Satish Kr. Lath, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two registered sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purulia.
4. It is further ordered that the present accused petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer of this case once in a week and/or as and when called for till the submission of the final order.
5. It is further ordered that the present accused petitioner shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of the district Purulia except with the permission of the learned Trial Court.
6. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (M) 285 of 2025 is allowed.
