Opposite party No.2 has complied with the condition of bail imposed upon him, that is not to leave the jurisdiction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar without prior permission of the said court save and except for attending his school viz., Ultadanga United High School (H.S.) (Government Sponsored) situated at 49, Ultadanga Road, P.O. Shyambazar, Kolkata-700 004. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits his client intends to stay within the jurisdiction of Narayanpur Police Station. She apprehends opposite party no.2 may hold out threats and intimidate her and other witnesses. Hence, appropriate conditions be imposed on him.

We have considered the materials on record in light of the aforesaid submissions of the parties.

Under such circumstances, application for cancellation of bail be disposed of directing the opposite party no.2 not to enter Narayanpur Police Station till disposal of the case. The application is accordingly disposed of.
