And In the matter of : Rahul Nandi ...... petitioner Mr. Ramkrishna Biswas ....for the petitioner Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwala, Ms. Sutapa Banerjee ....for the State Husband is the petitioner before us.

There are materials in the case diary suggesting the involvement of the petitioner. The police complaint was lodged within two (02) years of marriage. Stridhan articles remain unrealised.

Need for custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be overlooked.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 1734 of 2023 is rejected.
