We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had assaulted the victim who succumbed to his injuries. His bail prayer was rejected on merits in September, 2022. Co-accused are absconding. As a result matter could not proceed before the trial court. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
