1. Affidavit-of-service is taken on record.

2. The petitioner submits that although she had deposited the quotation money, new connection has not been provided by the West Bengal State Electricity Company Limited, Krishnapur Customer Care Centre, North 24Parganas.

3. Mr. Nayak, learned Advocate appearing for the West Bengal State Electricity Company Limited submits that the petitioner had applied some time back and she had deposited the quotation money. With the change of the system, the petitioner is now required to apply online as per procedure 'B'. The money that had been taken from

the petitioner earlier, shall be refunded or adjusted as per ease of business.

4. Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to comply with the intimation received from the distribution company with regard to making an application in the online mode and in the proper format. If such application is filed and requisite compliances are made, connection shall be effected within three months from such compliance.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
