Petitioner had violated a 14-year old girl. Her statement implicates the petitioner.

In view of the gravity of the offence and incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Trial court is requested to examine the victim at the earliest. Parties shall communicate the order to the trial court for necessary compliance.
