The order dated 06.06.2022 reflects that the application being CRM (SB) 103 of 2022 was disposed of as the petitioner was permitted to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file the same under the provisions of Section 14A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Consequently, CRM (SB) 103 of 2022 be deemed to be dismissed.
