10.08.2021 Ct.32 SB C.R.M. 3919 of 2021 In Re: - An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed on 07.06.2021 in connection with Kotulpur Police Station Case No. 81/2017 dated 18.04.2017 under Sections 363/365/366/120/376 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/ 8 of the POCSO Act.

Mr. Ranabir Roy Chowdhury Mr. Mainak Gupta ...for the State The petitioner renews his prayer for bail. His earlier prayer for bail was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench as recently as on March 22, 2021 in CRM 963 of 2021.

There has been no significant change of circumstances since the aforesaid order was passed. Further, on consideration of the statement of the victim girl and the medical report, we are in any event of the view that petitioner's prayer cannot be allowed at this stage.

The application for bail being C.R.M. 3919 of 2021 is, accordingly, rejected.
