More than commercial quantity of Ganja was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and two other accused persons. In view of the statutory restrictions in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are unable to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail.

The petitioner says that he is in custody for 294 days. Charge-sheet has been submitted. We request the learned trial Court to expedite the trial and bring the same to its logical conclusion as soon as the business of the court may permit.

The application for bail being CRM 3922 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
