Case No. 20/2024 inter alia directed the applicant upon condonation of delay in deciding an application dated 12.12.2024 under Section 5 of the Limitation Act to pay cost of Rs. 20,000/- which was segregated to the extent of Rs. 10,000/- to be deposited in favour of the O.P./ESIC and Rs. 5000/- each to both the bar of the Employees' Insurance Court being the workman's compensation Tribunal and the Labour Court Bar Association.

Heard the submission of the learned advocates representing both the parties.

The order dated 26th March, 2025 passed in the aforesaid Misc. Case 20 of 2024 is modified to the extent that the applicant is to pay a cost of Rs. 5000/- to be deposited at the office of the State Legal Service Authority within a fortnight with a further direction that

none of the parties will seek unnecessary adjournment before the aforesaid Court.

Next date be fixed before the Employees' Insurance Court on 14th May, 2025.

The instant writ petition is disposed of.
