Mr. Anindya Bose Mr. Diptendu Mandal ... for the respondent no. 6 The petitioner is aggrieved by the stop work notice issued in her favour and she prays for a direction upon the Municipality to permit her to make construction in terms of the revised building plan sanctioned in her favour.

A report has been filed by the Bolpur Municipality. Copy of the report has been handed over to the learned advocates for the parties.

The report mentions that the petitioner has a sanctioned plan of the year 2020 and revised sanctioned plan of the year 2021.

The report further mentions that both the petitioner as well as the private respondent is guilty of making unauthorized construction.

As the Municipality has already come to a finding that the construction made by either of the parties are not in accordance with the sanctioned plan, it will be open for the Municipality to take steps to deal with such unauthorized construction in accordance with law, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
