Petitioners being aggrieved have approached this court as it is submitted that the wife and the daughter of the petitioner no. 1 were allegedly thrown out in the year 2016. The case has been registered under section 498A/406/34 IPC and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act in the year 2025. The said case was registered on 15.01.2025. Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the investigation is at the verge of completion.

Having considered that the investigation is in progress at this stage I am reluctant to interfere.

Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this court if any charge sheet is filed.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9768 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
