Mrs. Arundhati Banerjee, Mr. Kaustav Banerjee, .....for the Petitioner Mr. Anwar Hossain, Mrs. Manisha Sharma .... For the State Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is apprehensive regarding her security within the jurisdiction of Barrackpore and as such has prayed for transfer. Even if the defence of the petitioner is accepted to be true, a court of law cannot encourage insecurity to be a ground for transfer. Accordingly, the learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State and is directed to appear in this matter and represent for the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority.

Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate is directed to communicate with the Deputy Commissioner of Police associated with Barrackpore Police Commissionerate and Officer-in-Charge of the jurisdiction of Dum Dum Police Station. The concerned police officer would make an arrangement so that the present petitioner

and her mother as witness do not face any impediment when they appear before the Court or is in transit before Court for her deposition.

As submitted a witness warrant has been issued, the same be kept in abeyance and in case witness appears on the next date fixed before the Trial Court, the Learned Trial Court would recall the same.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1750 of 2022 is disposed of.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
