Since there appears to be incriminating evidence against the petitioner on record as regards the charges levelled against him, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, in view of pendency of the trial for a considerable period, we request the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sixth Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to expedite the hearing of the trial and disposal of the case at the earliest, as far the roster of the said Court permits. Accordingly, C.R.M. No.3951 of 2021 is dismissed. Copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below at once.
