Matter is taken up for consideration in presence of the learned advocates representing the parties. 2.

The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits on instruction that petitioner has received provident fund dues to the tune of Rs.9,20,955/- in 2021. However, it is contended on behalf of the petitioner that quantification of provident fund amount was not appropriately made.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to make a representation to the concerned respondent authorities for appropriate quantification of provident fund amount and interest thereon.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner also

submits that "No Liability Certificate" has been issued by the school authority on 23rd September, 2025 and copy of the same is placed before this Court and same is taken on record.

In view of issuance of "No Liability Certificate" by the school authority and pension payment order issued by the State respondents dated 18th September, 2025 this Court finds that there is no impediment in releasing retiral dues including pension to the petitioner.

In view of aforesaid situation, State respondents are directed to release retiral dues including pension by three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. 9.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
