Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that in course of this revisional application pending before this Court, the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed by the Investigating Officer before the jurisdictional court being the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat. In the said report, the Investigating Officer prayed for discharge of the accused persons as no offence was made.

In view of the aforesaid, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that this revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1344 of 2021 is disposed of by treating the same as infructuous. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
