The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-supply of a separate electricity connection. On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that all necessary formalities have been duly complied with.

The private respondents are represented.

On behalf of the CESC it is submitted that they are ready and willing to provide such connection after compliance with all necessary formalities.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA 10301 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the CESC to provide a separate electricity connection/new meter to the premises of the petitioner after complying with all formalities and payment of statutory fees.

Liberty is granted to the CESC to take necessary Police assistance, if circumstances so warrant. The payment for any such expense would be exclusively borne by the petitioner.
