For the State The writ petitioner has prayed for a direction upn the concerned authority to consider his application dated 23rd February, 2023 for grant of stage carriage permit.

It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that the application has been fixed for hearing on 28th April, 2023 and the petitioner has been served with a notice thereof.

In view of the same, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
