Sarkar Mr. Pratik Acharjee ...for the Petitioner Mr. Supratick Syamal Ms. Arkarupa Roy ..for the O.P. no. 1 An inadvertent mistake has cropped up in the third line of the second paragraph of the order dated 18.5.2026 that the words "of the Domestic Violence Act (in short PWDV Act)" shall be deleted and in the last line of the first page, the words "However, appeal was preferred against" shall be deleted and in its place "In the" shall be inserted and in the 21st line of the 3rd page, the words "unauthorised detention" shall be deleted and in its place "unauthorised retention" shall be inserted. Let such corrections be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 18.5.2026. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
