Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there are case and counter case between the private parties. The wife of the petitioner inter alia lodged a complaint under section 376 IPC. Learned advocate for the State draws the attention of this Court to the injury report and to the statement recorded under section 161 Cr.P.C.

Considering the injury report and considering the statement recorded under section 161 Cr.P.C and since police are yet to conclude the investigations, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
