1. The writ application has been preferred challenging an order of transfer dated 09.12.2025, passed by the respondent authority.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/CESC submits that the present writ application is not maintainable.

3. But considering the prayer of the petitioner that he was ready and willing to join his place of posting on transfer, this Court permitted him to join and the petitioner joined his place of posting on the day after the date fixed by this Court due to some medical issues.

4. Presently he has been permitted to join and he is continuing to work in the said department where he has been transferred.

5. Considering the said fact, the writ application stands disposed of, accordingly.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the issue of either the maintainability or the merit of the case.

7. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
