Records of this revisional application reflects that the accused is evading the process of law. Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th court, Howrah who is in seisin of the complaint case no. 667C of 2017 would exhaust the process of law for compelling the appearance of the accused and by issuing harsher process, if required. The learned Magistrate would thereafter complete the stage of Section 251 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and progress with the trial of the case. Steps be taken after the plea is recorded for fixing at least one date on each and every fortnight so that the trial can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1479 of 2023 is disposed of.
