Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the principal accused was granted bail by the jurisdictional court. Three other accused were granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench. Learned advocate for the State submits that the petitioners stand on the same footing as that of Akkas Sk whose prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected by the co-ordinate Bench. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that the petitioners stand on the same footing as that of Akkas Sk whose prayer for pre-arrest bail was rejected by the coordinate Bench, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
