The report states that, the complaint dated June 4, 2021 made by the petitioner was investigated into and that a charge-sheet in respect thereof was submitted. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was attacked by a civic volunteer and a complaint was lodged with the police.

So far as the incident happening subsequent to the writ petition is concerned, the same is not covered by the writ petition. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps with regard thereto.

WPA 10612 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
