1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of one co-accused was turned down in December 2023 and January 2024. But bail prayer of co-accused viz. Swades Mondal was allowed in November 2023. Petitioner does not stand on the same footing with the co-accused Swades Mondal who has been granted bail as witnesses implicated him in their statements before Magistrate.

3. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
