Petitioners intend to sit on a hunger strike. The dates which have been proposed in the petition have already expired.

Learned advocate for the State opposes and submits that the writ petition is not maintainable. Petitioners are granted liberty to approach this Court in case the administration refuses, by way of written communication or for unreasonable period of time, to communicate the decision taken in respect of the representation made by the petitioner.

It is needless to say that since no affidavits have been used, the accusations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. With the aforesaid observations, WPA No.9765 of 2025 is disposed of.
