The petitioner complains of police inaction.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the structure came up on a land which is preventing ingress and egress of the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the police inquired into the complaint and found an existing structure. The police requested the petitioner to obtain appropriate orders from the appropriate forum. It appears that there are civil disputes between the private parties relating to an immovable property. A Writ Court need not interfere in such scenario. The police complaint made by the petitioner was inquired into.

It is not for the police to decide the title of the land or the person have made the

construction or proceed to remove any existing construction. It is for the petitioner to establish his right before the appropriate forum. The police are not the forum for establishing any right of the petitioner.

In such circumstances, no orders need be passed in the present writ petition.

W.P.A. 10599 of 2021 is dismissed.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
