Mrs. Amita Gaur, Learned Public Prosecutor-in-Charge is requested to assist this Court on behalf of the State. This is an application for expeditious disposal of NDPS case being Case No. N-47/2020 pending before the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, 6th Court at Barasat, North 24Parganas. In the instant revision, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 20th September, 2021 passed by the Learned Court below rejecting the prayer for bail of the accused. Against an order of rejection of bail, no revision lies. Therefore, the instant revision is found to be infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed summarily. ( Bibek Chaudhuri, J. )
