Sri Manas Kumar Khatua Mr. Sk Anwar Ali ....for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff and is directed against an order being No.26 dated February 2, 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Haldia in Title Suit No.260 of 2019.

By the order impugned the application filed by the plaintiff herein for holding local inspection on the additional points stood rejected.

After going through the materials on record, this Court finds that the additional points on which the plaintiff sought for local inspection was already rejected by a previous order dated January 17, 2025.

In view thereof, this Court is of the considered view that the learned trial judge was right in rejecting the prayer of the petitioner for holding local inspection on the additional points.

For such reason this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order impugned. CO 1515 of 2025 stands dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
