Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous since the petitioner has qualified in the Preliminary Examinations of the West Bengal Judicial Service, 2022. The Report of the Public Service Commission, as directed on 24th April, 2023 is taken on record. W.P.A.9643 of 2023 is accordingly dismissed as having been infructuous.
