Heard the learned Advocate for the appellant. All the grounds of delay mentioned in the application stand satisfactory. Delay is condoned.

This Special Leave Petition has been filed seeking leave to file appeal against the order dated 24.11.2023 passed in connection with CN/162/2019 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 18th Court, Calcutta. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/appellant remained vigilant in proceeding with the case before the Trial Court. 3.

Leave is granted with a liberty to file the appeal within the statutory period.
