1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the appellant and the school.

2. The dispute is with regard to the child care leave applied by the petitioner/appellant for a period of 15 days commencing from 15th November, 2017 as her daughter was due to appear at the Test examination for ensuing Higher Secondary Examination, 2018.

3. The cause being genuine and conforms to the requirement of the notification of the Government dated 17th July, 2015, we are inclined to allow the appeal only to the extent that the school authorities shall grant child care leave to the petitioner for a period of 15 days from 15th November, 2017.

4. It is not in dispute that the factual basis of the application is not in dispute.

5. Accordingly, the appeal and the application stand disposed of.

6. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
