The petitioners complain of alleged inaction on the part of the Kultali Police Station against the private respondent.

Four several FIRs have been filed on the complaint of the petitioners. Three of the FIRs have resulted in charge sheets and one FIR is pending investigation.

On application made for cancellation of the bail granted to the private respondents, the Division Bench of this Court in CRM (DB) No. 2460 of 2022 directed that the opposite party no. 2 shall not enter into the jurisdiction of the Kultali Police Station.

The petitioners, however, complain that his advocate and he have been threatened on 22nd June, 2023 at about 7 p.m. against filing of the instant writ petition.

The Police shall ensure that the private respondent does not enter into the jurisdiction of the Kultali Police Station.

6.

Kultali Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and shall keep constant vigil on the petitioners' premises.

Report of the Police is kept with the record. 8.

The writ petition is disposed of.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

10.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
