It appears from the averment made in the instant revision that the application can be disposed of with the assistance of the Learned public Prosecutor-in-Charge. Accordingly, Ms. Faria Hossain, Learned Public Prosecutor-in-Charge is requested to assist this Court. The petitioner has filed the instant application challenging an order dated 20th September, 2021 wherein the Trial Court refused the prayer for bail of the accused who has been facing trial under Section 21(C) of the NDPS Act. It is needless to say that against an order of rejection of bail no revisional application lies. Therefore, the instant revision being infructuous is summarily dismissed. ( Bibek Chaudhuri, J. )
