We have perused the order dated 22.04.2022 granting anticipatory bail to the opposite party no. 2. In the said order the learned Judge had considered the nature of injury on a non-vital part of the body and granted anticipatory bail. Order is a well reasoned one. Nothing is placed on record to show that the injury is a life threatening one. No interference is called for.
