1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner has criminal antecedents. Witnesses have identified the petitioner in court. He does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who have been enlarged on bail. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
