Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private respondent is interfering with the peaceful enjoyment of the property.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.5 submits that the petitioner has ousted the private respondent no.5 from the first floor of the said premises.

State has submitted a report which reflects that several criminal cases are pending including cases relating to matrimonial dispute and discord. I have taken into account the nature of the accusations and the steps taken by the police authorities. In the last of the representation, police

authorities have recorded a general diary entry being Sonarpur PS GDE No.

dated 28.04.2025. Having considered that the genesis of the case relates to a matrimonial dispute and discord and the subsequent series of events, I am of the view that the police authorities would continue their vigil and ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 9760 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
