Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there are disputes with regard to a shop room. There was a free fight. The petitioners are the students. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary, particularly the injury report and the statement of the person suffering from injuries recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the injury report and the statement as noted above, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM 3993 of 2021 is dismissed.
