And In Re : Nilratan Hazra & Ors. ..... petitioners Mr. Siddhartha Sarkar ... for the petitioners Mr. Swapan Banerjee Mr. Anindya Sundar Chatterjee ... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in assaulting police personnel who suffered injuries, we are of the opinion that in view of the nature of offence which shows scant regard for maintenance of law and order and obstruction to public duty, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
